Hi, I am trying to accept the trial challenges,  when I click that I want to join I get the message fitbit.com is unavailable please try again later. I have logged out and back in again, turned phone off and on and forced stop. If someone could help on sorting this problem I would be really grateful.  Thanks

@Goldstar123 Hi and Welcome

 

theres a couple of things to look at

1, are you connected to the internet (your wifi modem may need resetting)

2, if you have enough data allowance you could try and switch to mobile data and try again

3, your internet provider may be experiencing issues (can you access internet websites)

 

you could also go to phone settings>apps>fitbit>storage>clear cache

 

alternatively you could try both options for the challenges

 

1. challenges select the last challenge you participated in >see summary>next adventure

2, challenges >scroll to solo Adventures> swipe to see all then select adventure you want
