The watches telling me who Download or upgrade the Fitbit app that but I we have to happen it's not let me do it

Hi @Hannahbannana are you saying that when you go to the play store, you don't get the option to update the Fitbit app? 

 

Have you setup your tracker through the Fitbit app? 

What tracker do you have? 

Ace 2, inspire 2, Charge 2, or Versa 2
