Fitbit flex causes the bluetooth connection in my Audi A5 to drop on calls

I have a samsung S6 and Audi A5 phone calls work fine but when I sit in car with Fitbit the call drops intermotently but generall after 30 seconds. The call is still loive but it ceases to feed in to the cars speakers .

Tried varios options on always connect....whats happeneing here? it means I cant make calls in the car with the Fitbit.

@psburley please know that you may experience interruptions with any consistently streaming Bluetooth connection such as headsets, car kits, stereo audio, tethering, and file transfers. These interruptions are typically due to an operating system limitation on several Android mobile devices. You can try turning off the "Always Connected" option in your tracker settings (in the Fitbit app, tap the tracker tile twice) to reduce interference with other Bluetooth connections. To improve syncing or to receive call or text notifications on your tracker, remove interference by disabling other Bluetooth connections on your Android device.
