Fitbit flex wont sync

Recently my fitbit flex has stopped syncing with my android phone I have tried turning Bluetooth off and back on. I have tried resetting the fitbit but it doesn't vibrate or buzz like other people are describing. I have tried adding it as a new device also but its still not syncing help please

Hello @Amy26410, good to see you have joined the Fitbit Community! I saw you are having troubles to sync your Flex tracker, despite trying a restart and adding your tracker again to your account.
