Fitbit heart rate measurement not showing in app

when i go and press the heart rate option it always keeps showing up as " no measurements" I've cleared the apps cache/data, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted the fitbit and nothing has solved the issue.

Try pressing the two silver tiny buttons at the same time on the bottom of the Fitbit. It worked for me.

I'm having the same problem. Also my app won't show sleep or hourly steps.  My watch is working.

I was chatting with Fit bit for an hour. No solution.
