Help. I just received a Fitbit inspire as a replacement for my not working Fitbit Alta. And this Inspire isn't even working. It turns on, but the screen moves on its own and barely responds to touch and just won't work without the screen flashing like crazy. Can someone tell me how to fix this because customer service isn't responding??
