I have a fitbit ionic watch, and there is a password on it, and when my phone screen broke, I could no longer unlock the watch, and I canceled the application and re-downloaded it again, and here the problem began. The phone and the watch did not pair, and the watch always asked me to enter the password from the phone, so what is the solution

First step is not to remove the tracker from your fitbit account. Once removed, it is impossable to unlock without doing a factory reset. I'm not sure if I have the instructions.
If the tracker is still connected to your fitbit account, load the fitbit app onto any phone, log in, reset password.
I agree, at this point, you may want to take advantage of the recall. Apparently, the 3+ year old.batterues are hearing up and causing burns on the wrist.

You can try this video, but I really encourage you to take advantage of the recall.
