For the past week or more my Fitbit lite has not worked. It shows the Fitbit logo, it won't sync or allow me to do anything. Is anybody else experiencing this?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. To better assist you with this issue and because it's affecting your Fitbit device as itself and not the Fitbit app on your Android mobile device, can you please let me know which Fitbit are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try a restart process and let me know how it goes.
