Welcome to the Community, @Chavalo2. I appreciate your assistance, @SebWotan.

@Chavalo2 As @SebWotan mentioned above, you need to sync your Versa with your phone when you travel to another timezone to change the time. I also recommend you to check that the option for Automatic time zone is enabled on the Fitbit app by tapping on your profile's picture > App Settings. This option will allow your Versa to sync with your phone's time.

See you around.

I have synced multiple times and account I set to change time zones automatically. Still not adjusting when I travel.

I’ve just returned to UK from Europe and have tried the advice about re-setting the time zone but nothing working. It changed automatically when I went out but not changing on return. Anything else I can try?

I've synced my device multiple times for two weeks and it's still telling me the wrong time from the last time zone I was in. I can't use the alarm any more because I don't trust that it's going to wake me up at the right time!

Same here. I visited another time zone last Sunday and the watch changed. But when I returned it did not change back.  I synced srveralbtimes, restarted the ionic, restarted the app, shut down the ionic and started it again. Still no change.

UPDATE: It's been two more months and my Fitbit is STILL in a different time zone. I've even moved between time zones twice and it hasn't changed at all during this time and has been stuck in Mountain Time zone since December, despite syncing, charging, refreshing, all the things. I'm about to give up on it entirely.

This worked for me today - In the app remove any "automatic" settings for location or time zone. Then use the time zone drop down menu to choose the time zone for where you currently are.  Sync.

I have Android and Inspire2.

I've set it for automatic timezone and synced it and my versa will not change the time. It did change the time six weeks ago but I have been unable to get it to work since.

Hi @goatsnsoap , @Sassygg - to get the time to change if it is refusing.

  • turn off the automatic time zone and location
  • enter the time zone manually
  • sync
  • then restore your original settings

It gets confused after a time zone change sometimes and won't change back.

Hello, good evening.

My versa 2 time is one hour ahead and I just synced it with my phone this evening.  I have restarted and all, but there is no change. I am in Nigeria with time zone of gmt+1 but since Nigeria isn't available,  I use the UK option. Please help
