I tried to reset the device because it was not syncing and now the device will not turn back on

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Fitbit device are you using? Does it vibrates when you start charging it or it's completely unresponsive? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the steps from our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device?
