Help please, my fitbit charge 2 will no longer connect with android mobile anymore. Deleted and re installed but still not working, since Monday!!

How can I fix this problem on my android phone please. I have re downloaded but its 2.81. Not the recommended 2.81.1

Please help, its driving me mad!
