Hi @Cmissy1967 welcome to the Community! I'm pretty sure this can be fixed by restarting your Flex. So just follow the instructions on @SunsetRunner post to do so.

Try restarting it a few times. Be sure to toggle bluetooth off and on as well as restart your phone.
