Fitbit not syncing after off a couple of days.

Hello!  I have a Fitbit Blaze and a Samsung S8.  A couple of days ago I developed a sore under my Blaze and took it off.  I left it off for a couple of days and of course the battery drained out.  I re-charged the battery but now the time is wrong on the watch and it won't sync with my app.  I've tried everything in the trouble-shooting section.  Re-booted the watch, rebooted the app, deleted the app and re-installed.  I've even paired and un-paired with the bluetooth.  I've tried all of these things several times, but it's just not syncing.  I don't know what else to do!

Hi @Cat1022, it's been a while since your last visit in the Fitbit Community. I'm sorry for the late response and I'm wondering how it goes that sore you mentioned? I'm a bit more concern on this affliction. Something that might provide you some tips, is to review our web site section: Wear & Care.

Back to the syncing issues, I'm wondering if the issue persists? Sometimes after this issues, the functionality resume on its own. Nonetheless if you need additional help with this, review this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

See you later and hope this helps.

I finally got my Fitbit to Sync so I'm good there.  But again I'm having to go without it due to a sore spot underneath it.  I'm wondering if I'm just wearing it too tight or if it's because it's because the weather is getting hotter.
