Fitbit not syncing to band

My Fitbit app is not syncing to the band, its stating cant find devise but I'm wearing it and its fully charged and lights up. I'm not sure what I can do.

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:

• restart phone
• restart fitbit using this procedure: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?
• restart fitbit a few more times (it doesn't always work)
• "forget" the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings
• go through fitbit's troubleshooting guide at: Help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
• if none of that works then contact customer support: contact.fitbit.com
