Fitbit not syncing to my LG

I have logged out, signed in and removed it from bluetooth and added it again. But nothing is working. It hasn't linked for 6 days. Please help!!

Hello @Shamalee2013, Its nice to see you have joined to the Fitbit Community. If your tracker is not syncing please review that your mobile phone is listed as compatible in the following link: https://www.fitbit.com/devices.
