I've had my Inspire 3 since the Spring. Four days ago I charged it. Ever since then it won't synch with the phone app. I have tried all of the suggestions online. I have uninstalled the app, turned Bluetooth off and on, cleared the cache, etc. I get to the screen where you plug in the Fitbit and the app is trying to find the watch. It was 5" from the phone. The screen shows it looking for minutes, then says try again. Is this a problem on Fitbit's end?
Moderator Edit: Clarified subject
Hi, I'm in the UK. My Inspire3 stopped syncing after the update to Fitbit 4.28. I have emailed Fitbit after doing all the usual restarts etc - fitbit chat isn't working. Who can I escalate this to?

Please see the Moderator's post from today (29 Oct 2024) on this thread (<-- click link). She states that the fix is rolling out in app version 4.28.2.
The app updates usually roll out in waves. Keep checking the Play Store for the update and install it when it's available for you.
If you're still seeing the syncing issue after installing the update, please let us know.

Best AnswerFor what it's worth, I have not been able to sync for a couple of days and I was on Ver 4.28.1. I went to the Play store and manually downloaded then installed Ver 4.28.2 and now I can sync again.
Updated to 4.28.2 and still not able to sync Versa 4 on a Galaxy A10
I have the new version (updated Oct. 29, 2024). My sense 2 still won't connect.
The last day my husband's Inspire 3 recorded steps was Oct. 26. I did the update tonight for version 4.28.2 and it synced today's steps and also the missing days from Oct 27, 28, and 29. I'm glad the Inspire 3 is working but I have a One and it has no steps recorded since Aug 26 even though I sync every night and get a weekly e-mail showing the totals for the week. Like other One users, I continue to wait for the "Fix".
Downloaded 4.28.2 twice and still no joy.
Hello @BuyGarmin , @Jeanis , @peppygirl , @norlynda13 , @GrahamWharton
I've been tagging the Moderators in other syncing issue threads to let them know that version 4.28.2 didn't fix the problem for many users. They have acknowledged and forwarded the information to the team.
I'll continue to monitor the other syncing issue threads and will report back as soon as I see an update.

v4.28.3 released yesterday has fixed the sync issue for me.
Versa 4 now working with Galaxy A10.
Release 4.28.3 (Android) appears to sync up with my Inspire 3 device now. Also worked on my wife's phone and Inspire 3 device. Since I had followed instructions to clear user data from my device, there is no data for the gap where things were not syncing. Fitbit/Google should consider hiring a new integration & test engineering lead for the Fitbit App product after this debacle. And perhaps change the management philosophy of not admitting there was a problem until the Fitbit Community forum exploded with complaints.
I managed to get my Inspire3 synching with 4.28.3 version yesterday, after clearing data and restarting phone, tracker and bluetooth.Today the app takes ages to find the tracker and then fails to synch. I give up - Fitbit support has not replied to me since advising me to restart everything (which I had already done.
FYI my fitbit syncs again with the release of app version 4.28.3.
