Thanks for trying those steps in order to get it to sync, it must be very frustrating.
I'd recommend that you check all of the steps on this help article and try them in order. They should help your Fitbit sync right again with your phone.
Additionally, I'd like for you to please check if your phone is compatible. If it is not compatible, we are not able to guarantee that it will work correctly because the app is not fully optimized to that phone's software and hardware particularities. Even then, I'd recommend trying the steps I linked above as they should help.
