Hi there @Jkellyw, nice to have you here as a new member of the Fitbit Community! Which tracker are you using with your Fitbit app? Is your tracker unresponsive when you press a button or tap the screen? If your tracker has heart rate, have you noticed if the HR sensor lights in the back are working?
Sometimes due to the tracker has not synced, it will show the battery is charged in the app based on the last update, but in reality the tracker has no battery. So make sure the battery of your tracker has enough power. With this I'm wondering if the tracker shows response when is connected to the charging cable?
