Fitbit - nové from Lumia 640 to OnePlus 3

Hi, into yesterday I use many months ok on my old phone Lumia 640. Yesterday I sell my Lumia And bought new phone OnePlus 3.

Now I have problem, when I install and login into my Account, so I see my data etc. but not device in MyDevices. And is not here options Add phone as device. Is here options add only Fitbit Real products.

Please can help how add my new phone into devices.

ps: i test tracker moves,streets log,etc. via gps in Fitbit android application and all works.
I only not see in android application in devices list
my phone (I have it here zero devices)
All what help me big thanks.

In menu Devices I haven't option Add other devices. But my friend with Nexus 6P have it.
This is why I cannot add phone, this is bug or what?

Welcome to the community!

When you installed the Fitbit App on your OnePlus 3 did you select "Log in" or "Join Fitbit"?  If you selected "Join Fitbit", then log out and log back in under the same account as you had on your Lumia 640.
