I miss the old desktop pairing that always worked with this simple device, but now that I am forced to use an app, I've tried both apple and android and neither record the steps even though it is paired. A few times it showed up for just "today" but then disappeared. The device itself is working fine and recording steps - I just can't get the apps to work with it. Any ideas? I reinstalled the app, updated anything that could be updated.

@goninda1 I think all of us who still use the One are in the same boat. My tracker is working correctly, but there have been problems with the Fitbit phone apps for both Android and Apple since the end of August. I don't think there is anything you can do, since the issue must be fixed by Fitbit/Google. I too miss the desktop dashboard. It was so easy to use!
