Fitbit one not counting steps stays at 723 steps, keeps changing time

My fit bit stops at 723 steps, or goes back to 0, keeps changing the time. I am sick of the same solutions over and over agsin. Manual, uninstall and the reinstall app. Well it looks like fit bit can say goodbye to me and they will not care. Not sure if I want a new fitbit will be searching other options. I am tired of all the problems.
