Anyone know? why the fitbit one stopssyncing, even when it is in continuous sync mode,  though it is recording steps and floors and calories it fails to notify you of a sync error, I check my fitbit and I assume it is tracking since there is no error, today I check the dash board to find out it hasn't synched since October 17th, my pulse even if it lost sync the moment it resynced itself it would upload the data for the last 10 days, but not fit bit....... go figure.......

Hi there @Kadok, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! I was reading your Fitbit One is presenting some issues at the moment to sync your information.

Only in case your phone is unable to find your tracker, the Fitbit app will let you know the tracker was not found. All trackers have the ability to store at least 7 days of detailed minute-by-minute data. If your tracker is not syncing after this time only a summary data (calories, distance, and steps) will be stored for the trailing 30 days. If you wait longer than 7 days before syncing, you may only see the most recent week's detailed data.

So if the issue persists and your tracker is not syncing, please give it a try to the following post: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).

Hope this helps. See you around!
