Fitbit one won't sync to phone again

My fitbit one was in sync with my phone for over a year. Today it stopped and wouldn't sync again. I have uninstalled the app and deleted it from my fitbit account. Now I can't pair with my phone again. Just says searching. Tried to turn Bluetooth on and off as it requests but nothing happens

I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:
