i charged my fitbit up but it wont do anything besides show the battery in corner and white Fitbit logo

@riah27 Welcome to the forums. I will gladly help you get your Fitbit device back to normal. Which Fitbit device do you have? I also have a couple of more questions. Did this happen after the charge? Or did this happen after the battery went empty? Is the battery shown on screen full or kind of empty? I suggest you restart your device according to the instructions in this article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
