Fitbit reset my account

I've been using Fitbit since last April last year and a few days ago the app logged me out and when I logged back in and all my progress was lost and I just got the Africa badge it's very upsetting and I'm very disappointed with this loss of all my records

If you ever had a different fitbit account with different email, check that you didn't log back in to the wrong account.  That is often the case when historic data seems to have disappeared.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
