My screen wouldn't open when tapped, followed directions in this forum to make sure sleep modes were of, now it will not allow me to go back to the home screen no matter what I do. I have swiped it both directions and up or down and it remains exactly where it is.

But you don't say which Fitbit model you have.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
