Fitbit sense 2 call notifications delayed

Hello

I have just purchased a Fitbit sense 2 and have it setup successfully. The main issue I have found is that call notifications are slow to come through. The fitbit doesnt show an incoming call until at least the 5th ring, sometimes the phone has already gone to voicemail. My phone is a Samsung S20. Other notificstions seem to come through quickly, such as whatsapp etc.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

For better results, make sure that no other Bluetooth device is connected with your phone.
