Fitbit sense can't charge and can't on

Hi community, I recently had a flat battery on my Fitbit sense and tried to charge it using the original cable.

A day later, tried switching on and nothing happens. I'm not sure if the problem is with the charging cable or the battery itself, can someone share with me what else can I do?
