Fitbit steps and myfitnesspal

Since yesterday all my steps on Fitbit seem to show up on MyFitnessPal but the more steps I walk the LESS calories I get. It's like it's going backwards. And Fitbit steps also not showing up in challenges. Before anyone asks. I'm not manually logging nor am I using another app. After yesterday watching calories disappear at the end of the day it finally managed to cough up 200 calories for 16000 steps when it's usually at least 400. What is happening? My One never did this. And the Charge 3 seemed to work for one week. Please fix this. ☹️ I have already restarted phone, tried my iOS on iPad and disconnected and reconnected the charge 3.

"the more steps I walk the LESS calories I get"

Are you talking about calorie reading on Fitbit or on MyFitnessPal?

Is the calorie count actually decreasing during the day, or are you comparing different days?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I mean on MyFitnessPal. I can watch them lessen with every sync. Very strange. Like being punished for walking. And the steps just don't show up at all in Fitbit challenges.

More steps equal more negative calories. Taken 11 minutes apart

Other problem. Saturday plus today equals around 23000 plus steps yet on the weekend challenge I have 1700 and it went up to 2000 earlier then back down. Something is seriously wrong here.Screenshot_20190707-125442_Fitbit.jpg

I think the issue has been solved by getting a new one.
