Have Uninstaller and reinstalled fitbit app. The face before and after that is the same. 5 dots appear. What to do?

I am not sure what you mean, but if you are having an issue with your watch, reinstalling the app will not solve your problem. If the watch is unresponsive, first try and restart it but holding the "button" for 10 seconds, until the Fitbit Logo appears.

The watch face is black and when I tap it to wake it up, 5 tiny dots appear and they don't activate anything.

Hello @SunsetRunner

It sounds like you need to restart your Fitbit tracker but you didn’t mention in your post which Fitbit Tracker you have. Look here to find your particular Fitbit and how to properly restart it: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm You will not lose any data restarting it.
Let me know if this answers your question and resolves the problem. 😃 Happy Stepping!

  • Thank you. It finally worked. Having the illustration helped me! Now the reason this all happened was I wS trying to see if my Luxe will measure AFIB. Do you know how to do that?
