I just received a fitbit surge this morning as a gift, on attempting to set it up it told me to go to the website fitbit.com/setup, which then told me to download the app, I did. the app then told me after I selected the surge to hold down the power button for 3 seconds to turn it on, it didn't turn on so I charged it for 2 hours and it still won't turn on, it just stays on the screen where it says let's get it started and cycles through different languages
Any ideas?
