Hi @SunsetRunner. Please try restarting your Fitbit device. Instruction are here. If this does not fix it, please post again and let us know which Fitbit device you have and which device you sync it to.

@SunsetRunner Did you try the restart that @SunsetRunner suggested? If so, please let us know how it went. I'd also like to ask if anything on the Fitbit is working, does it vibrate or do any of the lights come on?
I'd also like to ask what Fitbit is it that you are using at the time.
