I have tried everything to get my versa to sync to my phone everything was fine till yesterday after the update. Now it wont sync and says device not found. I have tried turning phone off and back on re-downloading the app and nothing.

I'm having the same problem and I just got my Versa on Sunday. It was working on Monday to my delight but since the update I have not received notifications to my watch

Yea idk what the update did. But now it wont even connect to my Bluetooth

I contacted fitbit and I had to send my versa back to them and they are sending me a new one. I will say if this one doesn't work I will be going to different fitness tracker other then fitbit
