Fitbit versa not responding screen was showing but no touch screen now completely blank how do i contact customer services s its still under warranty? Thanks

It's worth trying a restart first as it does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues. Instructions are in Help article: How do I restart my tracker?

 

If that doesn't help then you can contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com
