Hi, 

I have a huawei P20 and yesterday the fitbit versa lite would not sync, I asked the phone to disconnect the bluetooth and now it cannot 'see' the fitbit to reconnect 

 

how do I get the watch to transmit so the phone sees it 
I have rebooted the watch, rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. In this case, please try this syncing troubleshooting. Take into consideration that even when your Fitbit isn't showing on your Bluetooth devices, it should still sync to your account.
