I plugged my Fitbit in to charge it today and now it will not switch on. When you press the button it vibrates but nothing else. I've disconnected bluetooth, held the button for 5seconds and tried re-pairing the device but without a visible code I can't reconnect. Anyone got any ideas?!

Thanks for letting me know about your Fitbit device. You did a great job with the troubleshooting steps, and let's work on this together! Before anything else, may I know the model of your Fitbit device? Also, do you feel a vibration when pressing the button?
While you've tried some steps, I'd recommend to give a try to the following:
- Clean the gold contacts on your device and charging cable to prevent them from having dust and debris accumulated.
- Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
- Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable.
- Restart your device to refresh its performance.
