Hello @GACRONEN.
Hope you had a great time at the cruise. Let me help you get the Charge 2 to display the correct time.
If it is not changing on its own after syncing to your phone, I'd recommend that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article. It talks about how you can manually change the time or how you can check if the automatic time zone setting is enabled so that it can change on its own.
Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

No. Still will not sync and also will not show correct time! Tried everything,so I'm going to return it to the company and request a new Fitbit. Very dissatisfied!

I have a similar issue. I moved to Abu Dhabi, UAE, from the US and my Fitbit is still on Boise, ID time 2 years later. I have manually reset the time zone a bunch of times and also tried the automatic. Please help!!

Welcome to the Forums @joyzaher. Hello @GACRONEN.
Thanks for trying the steps I recommended. @GACRONEN I'm very sorry to hear about how you didn't find the Fitbit to be satisfactory.
@GACRONEN In that case I'd like to ask you what phone is it that you are using to try to sync your Fitbit. That could help me understand what is happening.
@joyzaher I'd like to take a closer look at your situation. To better understand could let me know what Fitbit are you using? Also, what phone is that Fitbit syncing to?
I look forward to your reply.
