Fitbit won't reset for a new day, already restarted tracker

My fitbit is resetting itself in the middle of the day and not midnight. I have tried restarting my tracker and also redowloaded the app, unpaired my device and started again and it still hasn't reset at midnight. Can you help please

@readyandraring Sorry to hear that your tracker is resetting your stats mid-day. This could be attributed to a timezone issue with your Fitbit.com account. I recommend logging into the online Dashboard and double checking that your timezone setting is correctly set. 

 

In addition, you can set your timezone in the Android app to the "Automatic time zone" setting by doing the following:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon.
  2. Tap Advanced Settings.
  3. Turn off the Automatic time zone option. 
  4. Tap Select time zone and select the correct time zone.
