Fitbit won't sync

Have installed new app..

Have reset tracker

Phone and Bluetooth off and on

Still will not sync for a week now.

Wish I didn' buy it...or had a new one

@Lisajjc, open the phone's Bluetooth Settings, select the Fitbit device, tell it to Forget the Device, close the phone's Settings, re-open the Fitbit app, and try manually syncing the tracker.

That was something I haven't tried..good idea.I did it but the Bluetooth is not picking up my charge 2 at all.Says " no devices" in area.I sure thank you for your help though!!

@Lisajjc, Do Not try to use the phone's Bluetooth settings to connect or pair the Fitbit tracker - that can only be done through the Fitbit app.  After you Forget the Device in the Bluetooth settings, close the phone's Settings, and open the Fitbit app to force it to re-connect to the Fitbit tracker.
