I have tried all options I found available to sync but it still hasn't synced in 17 days. When I tried turning everything off then back on...nothing!

Welcome to the Forums @Ktharshaw.
Thanks for letting me know that you have tried going through all steps that you could find.
In this case I'd like to ask you to please try following these steps to get your Fitbit to sync once again. I know you have probably tried them all already, but please give it another shot by performing all of the steps in the order that shows up in there. That will help.

My Alta HR hasn't been syncing to app or web in 8 days now. This happened last month as well and I got it back working not too long ago. Is there a software virus or something? Operating on Samsung Galaxy S7 with the most up to date Fitbit app as well as using fitbit.com.

@Ktharshaw Glad to know that adding it as a new device worked out!
@TiffanyHTX Thanks for sharing your experience. Have you had the chance to go through the steps I mentioned above? If so and it didn't work, maybe you could try to do what @Ktharshaw did and set it up as if it was a brand new device. That should definitely help.
