Ive never had a problem with my fitbit but it wint charge tonight or sync to my phone. Not sure whats wrong

Hi @Ladybirds, awesome to have you here in the Fitbit Community, welcome aboard! My apologies for the late response and I'm wondering if the syncing and charging issues still continue?

 

It is probably the charging issues have lead to the syncing problems as consequence of low battery.

 

I would like to recommend to try these suggestions, if the battery is not charging: Why isn't my battery charging?

 

There is the chance also that the syncing issues are not related and you are experiencing as a separate issue. Hence this help article will guide you through to address this issue: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

 HI Rrobert,

 

Thank you for the information, i have followed these instructions and will wear it today and see if it syncs later.

 

I had already tried all the recommendations on the community help page with syncing, so fingers crossed this work and it syncs to my phone.
