Hi all
I have tried all the information I can find to try and get my fitbit Flex to update, with no luck.
I have tried resetting the fitbit, restarting my phone, tried to connect my fitbit to PC (didnt work) and reinstalling the app. I am using an android phone.
Anything else I can try before I throw it in the bin....

@Anthos Sorry to hear of the difficulty with updating your Flex. Thanks for trying with your phone and PC, but it sounds like the issue continues. At this point, I recommend contacting our Support Team and letting them know all the details so they can help you get back on track once they've had the opportunity to review your account with you.
