Folks will need more information to help. 

  • What kind of Fitbit?
  • Is your Fitbit charged?
  • Try resetting your Fitbit.
  • What version of Android is on your device?
  • Do you have the latest Fitbit app from the Playstore?
  • When you turn your mobile device's bluetooth off and then back on, does it see the fitbit?
  • Remember, you can't connect from the phone's BT settings, this can only be done in the Fitbit app on your mobile device.
