For the past several weeks, look-up of foods in the (Android) Fitbit app has been barely working, showing a "can't connect" message most of the time until it just happens to get through. That has been pretty annoying, but ultimately workable. About 12 hours ago (~noon CST on 28Mar26), food look-up just stopped working completely. (And, that was just the beginning of the sequence of worsening problems with server access which I'll avoid going into to keep this post relatively focused.) What's going on, and when can we expect resolution?
And, a related issue... The status page that the Android app suggests that you go to when experiencing a problem is VERY sporadically updated -- i.e., it's missing all of the myriad issues that I've seen over the last year or two. Why even have that page if status issues are not added to it?
Best AnswerRecent food screen is blank here too so it's not just me?? Started yesterday I think. I've deleted the app twice plus serious issues trying to reconnect charge 6....but still the screen is blank
