Flex 2 Won't Sync To Android Phone

I had an IPhone at first but it got wet in Hurricane Harvey flood. I have a LG X Power Android phone now. But it is not syncing my steps and I can't see friends picture when they are cheering. Please help. I need to get it to work.

I had a look for your phone on the COMPATIBLE DEVICES LIST but couldnt find it. This may be why it is not syncing etc.
