Can someone please tell me what phone they have managed to set up a new flex 2 with? My S7 appears to be a complete no go after weeks of trying and using the apparent work around given to me by fitbit customer support. I'm now considering buying a second hand phone just to use the flex 2 with but I don't want to waste anymore money!!

There is a list of supported phones at www.fitbit.com/devices

 

Phones on this list have been proven to work by fitbit. Phones not on the list are just unproven so may or may not work. For example my Moto G4 Play is not on the list but works fine with my Blaze, Charge 2 and One.
