Flex 2 not syncing

I have recently replaced my Fitbit HR with a Flex 2 and it still gives me issues. I am DONE with Fitbits!!

Would you like us to try and help with the issues or would you rather not bother?

I have tried ALL the tricks short of deleting my fitbit and adding again. I spent 2 hrs Thursday fixing it and Friday it stopped communicating with Bluetooth. Super frusterating while in the middle of a step challenge....

Was one of the things you tried a restart of the fitbit using this procedure?

If so, then how many times did you try it? It's known to not always work and it's recommended to try it at least three times
