Flex 2 worked well with my Samsung phone until today - I've only had it 10 days. I've tried everything on the help suggestions list. Nothing works! What do I do now?

Hello @LouisaLarsen, good to see you around. I'm wondering which steps have your tried on your own at the moment? It Is important to know, so I do not recommend the steps you might have tried already.
In the meantime take a look to the following post for more suggestions, perhaps we are missing something that could help to sync your tracker: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).
Also make sure your phone is compatible and if it is, make sure also you are running the latest version of the Android app. Which to the date of this post is 2.59.
