Flex 2 won't sync

My flex 2 hasn't synced with the app for well over 24 hours.
I have turned the phone/Bluetooth/app on and off, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, all permissions and locations are on. I have reset the fitbit.
I have tried to add a new device and it won't allow me.
What can I do??
