Flex Sync Issues

Hi,

It is now the second day in a row that I am having trouble syncing my Fitbit with the mobile app. Just like yesterday it syncs once and from then on I get a "sync error". Works fine on PC. I have reset, unpaired and repaired, deleted the app, reinstalled, cleared phone cache... everything.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

A warm welcome to the Community @Joewillburn. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot, after these steps your tracker should sync without an inconvenience.
